The questions people ask before they book.

"I'm not sure if now is the right time." There never is one. Your life isn't going to quiet down, your conditions aren't going to perfectly align, and the version of you that keeps waiting is the same version that got you here. "I've tried coaching or programs before and they didn't stick."

If you complete the program — 10 of 12 sessions, weekly check-ins, all assigned work — and don't demonstrate measurable improvement in clarity, direction, and structure, I'll continue working with you for up to an additional 12 weeks at no extra cost. You don't get a refund. You get results — or more time to get there.
